Tonight's pick is from my NFL Football Betting System. I usually don't post those picks here, but since it's a Monday night game, and it's the first week of the season, and my system has a pick for it - here it is. Although the free pick I posted here did well yesterday, my system did not do too well, going 1-2 on the day. Last season, we only had three losing weeks, so let's hope this week is the exception. A win tonight would at least get my system to breaking-even for the weekend.

What a great way to end the month! We closed out August with some good football wins and a $681 profit on the month. That's the end of our 25th month of free picks, and we've only had three losing months during that stretch. I'd say that's pretty good.

I'll have a very unusual schedule during the entire month of September, but I hope to post picks just about every day.

Also, people have written to me, asking if there's a way they can get a sample of the NFL Football system's picks before purchasing it, and I'm happy to report that there is. Go to the NFL Football Betting System page and you'll see a float-in box where you can enter your name and email address. I'll send you the picks from the system the night before the games. There's no guarantee that each individual week will always be profitable, but I think last year, there were only 2 or 3 weeks where we didn't win more games than we lost. Many weeks the system went undefeated. I'm hoping that trend will spill over into this season.

So anyway, football is over for a few days, but here is a good baseball pick to tide us over.
